Within 3 days after reception of the pre-booking form we will come back to you with a confirmation for the booking.

We will prepare your rental contract, that will be sent to you by e-mail or post.

The contract needs to be signed and sent back immediately to AzurVilla together with a photocopy of your passport or drivers licence.

Within 7 days after you have received the contract a deposit payment of 30%
- 33% of the total rental price is due to guarantee the booking. Please note
that a confirmation of the booking will only be effective once this payment
has been received. For bookings done 60 days before arrival the total rental price is due immediately. Payment possibilities are: Credit Card (VISA or MASTER CARD) or wire transfer by bank swift in Euros to the agency’s account. All bank charges and credit card fees are to be paid by the tenant.

A security deposit to cover eventual damages has to be paid. The security deposit ranges from 25% to 35% of the total rental with a minimum of 1.500 Euros and will be due at latest 14 days before arrival. Payment possibilities are: Credit Card (VISA or MASTER CARD) or wire transfer by bank swift in Euros to the agency’s account. All bank charges and credit card fees are to be paid by the tenant. The security deposit will be reimbursed after deduction of eventual damages or/and extra costs like telephone, linen, electricity, water, final cleaning, extra services etc. at latest 60 days after departure.

For all our properties we have an inventory list. It is in your own interest to check,
that this list is accurate and that any loss or damage is not wrongly
attributed. Please inform us of any discrepancies or malfunctions within 48
hours after arrival. After this period you will be deemed to be responsible.
