This pretty Provencal villa is located in a dominant position on the hillside of Théoule sur Mer and enjoying a most breathtaking view to the sea, the entire bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands. The sandy beaches are within 10 minutes walking distance and the village of Théoule sur Mer with its shops and restaurants is just a 3 minutes drive away.
The villa is well maintained and offers a charming interior decoration with a combination of Provencal and contemporary features. Well equipped it provides a very homely feeling with all comfort you need for a great holiday. The villa comprises a pleasant dining/ living room with fireplace opening onto the big terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a shower room on the lower floor. From all the bedrooms you can enjoy the overwhelming view.
There are 2 splendid terraces, one on the upper level and a slightly smaller one on the lower level, both very sunny and private where you can relax in the sun or for pleasant outdoor dining. In the high season months July and August you can watch the yearly fireworks competition in Cannes, a real highlight.
Extremely pleasant is the outdoor Jacuzzi, where you can benefit from wellness whilst enjoying the view.
The property is mainly terraced and offers many lovely shrubs and trees. This is an excellent choice for 3 or 4 couples who want both, the easy beach life and being close to the glamour of Cannes.
